hey ... i found this program on the net that u can call ppl on their mobile from ur pc by a really really really low price ...almost free and talk to them from pc to pc by free like in msn messenger or yahoo or many other stuff ... check it out

I've been using Skype for a while now. Talked from here (South Africa) to Rio and as far as St Petersberg and Syberia.

The lag to Rio was about 2 seconds. It has nice encryption tools as well..

Up to now Voice over Ip has been illegal, but here they are working on de-regulating the communications act, so some IP's have even started advertising this service.
