Rigging a spine

Hello

I have followed the rigging tutorial in maxand am having some problems with the spine, WITH the twist end twist start angle. I have the bottom one moving corrcectly but the top one doesn't. Every time i rotate the top controller the whole spine moves instaed of just the top three etc.

Can anyone help me with this problem?

I have attached the file if any one can dpare the time to have a look. I have a project to hand in on monday so any help asap will be fantstic
