Scratch-map

At the bottom of this page the author mentions something called scratch-map. I can't find a place to download this plugin. is it a plugin or is the author refering to a bitmap scratch map? |

I assume he means an alpha map in the bump slot.

from that tutorial you have to go to blur-beta and get a plugin .It is called electricity....there should be scratch maps there also for downloading.
