Hi All,
I'm working in Maya, trying to recreate a similar effect like the spiderweb Spiderman uses. Does anyone have any techniques or tips to achieving this type of effect? I tried rigging a simple cylindar and animating that expanding out from my character to a target character...but...when I used the parent constraint...the result was very stiff and the binded skin no longer effected the web object when I moved the joints... Please let me know if there's any solutions you know of in maya that I could try out that would give a similar feel to the shooting spider web look. Thanks in advance Kaida |
