keyframes not doing what i tell them to (probably simble problem)
I just got Max 6 and was doing some keyframe animations. I was making a snowball rotate a certian number of degrees over a certian number of frames. in good ol max 4.2 the object would do exactly as told by the two keyframes, but in max 6 the rotation seems to....accelerate somehow. the object wont rotate at a constant speed and i cant find the setting to shange it. help would be appreciated. thanks.

extra work for no reason and if your doing a thousand frame animation that needs a canstant rotating object than why do all that work. wither this new "feature" is crap or im just a n00b but just tell me how to fix it. keyframes should do what you tell them to do and not take their own artistic license to "help" me.

If u open the track view - curve editor u will se your keyframes connected by lines.
Select your keys and set tangents to linear. That will make the rotation speed constant. hope it helps. ![]() |
