help with reactor cloth!

I´m getting this error message every time I push the preview button that says: WORLD : default_world
SUBSPACE : default_subspace
there are interpenetrations :
Bodies loft02 and line10 are interpenetrating

why do I get this message? can anyone explain that to me?
Please help me!! How can I fix this problem?

The objects are wither intersecting or there isn't enough space between them. Increase the space and try again.

or rather tahn increasing the space, some where in the "simulation" panel <--( i think its here im prolly wrong though)
in the reactor utility panel, there is some property i think its called, fuk i cant remember, but it changes the level of detail of the calculations, note it will mean more processing though.

apologies for the vagueness, havent used reactor for ages
