Nice concept and it looks like it could be nice modelling, but your textures are far too contrasting and strong man, it messes up all the flow of the models, i suggest start texturing again, using clean simple colours and textures (paint instead of bricks if possible) and no lime green plants please! once you have the base you can improve on the textures, but it has to be said the current ones are awful.

Post a white clay anyway, I want to see the modelling!

Saying the textures are awful is a bit harsh. The details are good, but you really need to tone down down the colors. Maybe try a quick saturation adjustment in Photoshop.

Again, yeah, its the textures that are messing this up. Personally I wouldn't have all the green.. stuff... everywere.

Try imageafter.com for some good textures, and photoshop them a bit. Good textures would totally change this.

Another thing I would work on is the lighting. When I think of industrial, I think of pollution and low level lighting. Work on the Decay of the light. In the sketches they draw your eye to where they are detailed which is awsome. You can use atmosphere and lighting to get the same effect out of your images. I think everyone else summed up the rest. One trick I tend to do to see if my lighting i getting better is to reduce the image to the size of a thumbnail in which it is hard to make out the detail. If it is sound lighting wise, then it will still be very interesting to look at.

Ooo.. the clay render is AWESOME. Excellent work. The textures do need to be toned down.

When I look at it, it seems too busy. The white especially on the buildings is strange. Is it supposed to be peeled paint? Because right now it looks a bit like spray-on snow. And remember, in real life, nothing is ever TRULY white.
