ID Texture blending

I am working on a body texture. Body has id 1, arms id 2. Althow the textures are in the same stile, because of noise and color variations on them u can see the edge between the 2 id's. Is there a way to blend them together so this is no longer visible? Something like the gradient map, but it should work for multiple id's

I have an idea of what you might be able to do. For one of the id's add a top to bottom material. Example is in id 2 do a top to bottom with id 1 and id 2. Then blend it and change the position so you only get a little bit of the id 2. You'll have to rotate the texure so it matches the arm connecting to the body. This way the body texture will blend into the skin texure on id 2. You got it. If you don't then forget the procedurals and map it.
