Hello everybody! Im From Granada, Nicaragua! I just finished a 3D Max 6 course... and All I can say is I love 3d! jejeje--- ive been watching posts all around... nice and helpfull people!!!

hello all, i am new here i have been wrking a little on maya from about 3 years, but i am working hard and learning hard now i am not good in maya but i hope i willl get better in the next few months

I'm 23 yrs old, married woman, a homemaker. No kids. Self taught HTML, Macromedia Flash, and of course 3ds Max (never attend any related course before). Ambition is to be a freelance 3d artist (a work at home mummy).

I've been here for 2 months, I guess I'm new, I'm 24 I've been playing around in 3d as a hobbie since I was in highschool (off and on) Had some college, learned Illustrator, photoshop in college, took some commercial design, and all kinds of art classes, hope to do something in this field at some point

i have a question: im making a movie about a Su-35 fighter, but i dont know how to make those gas effects of the engines, u know, like when things are wavy in the air because of a fire. how do you make that?

Hello all, took forever to find this thread lol. My name is Lucas (EpoPisces in the forums), and I will probably be most active in the modeling challenges. Just wanted to say hi to yall. Oh, and I use Maya 6.5 (didn't see any Maya users in the challenges, and am wondering if anyone else does).
