3ds max: target welding
Hi there! well my ? is when i have to edit poly shapes (legs, and torso) and attach one to the othere, and try to target weld a vertice from one object to the other, it won't let me, how come?

before you can weld them, you have to delete the faces that will be pressed together during the welding. say for example you were welding two boxes, you would have to delete say, the right face of one and the left face of the other, so they can be attached without any faces becoming hidden
