graphic card advice

Im planning on getting a new computer.
In my budget for a graphic card Im considerin a nvidia Quadro FX1300 express
Is this the best buy for its price and how do gaming card compare also it has only 128 Mb memory most gaming card has 258.

I`m an ATI fan myself.
Yes serious game cards are 256mb.
But a 128 will play almost any game at a reasonabley good frame rate
