wron section of the forum but I'll help you anyway. What kind of girls pants. What make them different from boy pants. I find it easy to model clothing aroung your 3d character. I f you do not have one then getting the proprations right will be difficult. But to maodel girls pant , as you say, I would use a plane then extrude around to get what I want or start with a box and start "sculpting it"'. If the pants are tight add wrinkles aroung the ****** and knee area but if they are more bagge then put wrinkles around the bottom of the pants.
