Hey there, welcome to the 2D section. Thats a great first piece, i love that sky! Aside from the issue with the grass i think this is a great start. One thing im not 100% sure on is the patch of brown on a cloud in the bottom right, but that aside its a great WIP.

The Sky is just perfect, flawless. But that post looks kind've out of place with that grass. I suggest that you define each grass plant a little more. I've seen something cover up the bottom part of your grass and look at the top of the grass feild--that looks great. I think you should try and get the rest of your grass to look like the top portion you have in your picture.

Welcome to the forums.
Humm... I would add some specularity to the grass blades and some shades too, indeed. But I don't think that to every blade... Just here and there.... I don't understand your question here... You ask us what you should do there? It's a good start to show something more. The ground perspective suggest that something big could be shown, like a building, a flying city, a space ship... or just two friends/creatires walking around. Hey, why won't you join our Seppdpainting Challenges? ![]() why wonn't everyone?..... ![]()
