Hi, am following the tut for the Fiat 500 from 3Dtotal. My question is when I apply the MeshSmooth with the same settings as the screenshot my mesh doesn't increase the quads? (Iterations 2, Nurms)
Only makes it rounder. It does increase the quads within the mesh with 'classic' setting but thats not the same setting as the tutorial also classic settings gives me triangles around the edges of the mesh? Using Max 6. |

Your probaly reading a tutorial that was done with an old max version, but anyway..
To see the effect of meshsmooth with nurms go down to your local control rollout and un-check isoline display. |
