Render only the contur/shape

Hi,

is there any possibility to render a scene so you can only see the shape/contur of an object? I mean, I have modelled the head of a motor and I only want the shapes of it glowing in a dark background.

Any help is welcome

In your 'material/map browser' set self illumination at 100. See image.
