Avi is flickering/ disturbance

I`ve renered this avi of a remote.
After rendering , I noticed that in the vid there r certain parts where there is

some sort of disturbance some flickers....

Heres the disturbance.
Its hardly there for a sec -but it does bring down the quality.
Its in more than 1 place.
N not the 1st time its happened.
Sometimes its there, other times no.
