Need help - Creating realistic sky with Sun flare

Hi everyone,

I need help in creating realistic sky with sun's flare. I am able to create a sky, but it does not look nice and looks little dull. So it would be very nice if you all can help me out.

What software are you using? If 3ds max, then search the tutorial and user reference help sections that ship with the software (also available for download from discreet's website). It should have what you need.
