low poly hair

Has anyone got any good tips or links for creating realistic long low poly hair I have tried a few methods but I can seem to get it looking convincing enough it is driving me mad

Have you seen this tutorial? You have to download his PS brush's (link on page) to do it.

cheers Olympus I tried a simular method but it left the hair looking very flat but this seems to be working for me with a few changes
