Texture CD Copyright Question

Hi,

I have a question regarding to the images and textures on the cd.
I am not an advocat so I don't know how to handle my case.

Okay, let's assume I buy a Texture CD, take some textures, change them a bit, add layers or whatever.
Now I want to distribute the whole scene source file and the textures for other artists to improve/change stuff. Without any fee or something.

Do I have to fear an army of advocats or what?
Let's assume that my intention is just to add more diversity to the whole scene by sharing it with other dudes.

Thanks and greets,
Marcus

Sorry but you cannot dedistribute the texture files in any way, even if they are edited.

If you go here www.3dtotal.com/textures there is a link to the licence agreement.

Thanks

Tom
