Job Opportunity
We are looking for talented 3D designers to complement our team here at Tanglewood solutions. We specialise in designing exclusive domestic lighting products for clients throughout the world. Our aim is to keep Tanglewood solutions at the forefront of our industry by utilizing modern materials and technologies throughout our ranges. To this end we need 3Ds Max experienced designers to work from home on a freelance basis.

For your talents you will receive:
· An amount of $1,000 (US) per floor model design,
· An amount of $500 (US) per table model design,
· Design accreditation in any literature and promotional materials.

Please note that table model sales outweigh floor models by 5:1. You should bear this in mind when producing designs.

For each design chosen for production we will require:
· Proof of the creative process (i.e. to prevent copyright issues and to safeguard your intellectual deign/property rights),
· The finished .max file,
· A scene illustrating how you would envisage the design to be presented,
· Full and exclusive design and production rights.

There are no limits to the number of designs that will be accepted in 2005 although we expect to produce a range of about 10 to 15 lines. Therefore, only designs of the highest standard will be considered. There are no limits to the number of designs chosen from any 1 person, and no favouritism will take place. We demand only the untapped creativity of people with vision and ability.
