Tuturial for how to render a car with Vray ?

I'm modelling a ferrari and I have tried to render out some test renders, but I really have no idea how to set it up so the car looks real. Is there a tuturial somewhere on how to do it?
I got alredy the mats from before, but it takes extremly long on my 3,2ghz, 2gb ram pc.
