My first interior design based off my childhood room

im kind of looking for crit and some help on making it feel a little more livable f you will but im also trying to make it what it was.
i cant figure out how to light the whole room up using just the one lamp, which is how the room is normally lit. i was wondering if anyone could help me out with that, maybe give a suggestion or example.

I didn't like having a plain white roof so thats kinda the reason i went all physchadelic.

*hurk* your perspective is a little nausiating. Could you post a few renders of specific directions? It'd be much easier to understand your geometry if you did! When you do that, also apply a flat grey material to everything so people can see your lighting better too.

=D Also, don't forget to mention what software you're using!

I look forward to seeing your more 'readable' renders. =)
