[MAX6] Rigging Help

hello all. i'm working on my first rig. i need some help on the hand..
when i move the rig up, the hands don't go with the arm. here is a pic to show what i mean:

and when i bend the legs, i want the foot to stay flat on the grid/floor

that's it for now.. i'll post more questions later when i'm in trouble.

You wanna IK link ankle to toe. IK Toe to toe tip then create a retangle shape name it 'footCtrl' or anything you like and link IKtoe (last IK created on the toe) to the footCtrl. This should work, if not check the max tutorials in rigging. As for the hand am not sure, again check tutorials for reference. Good luck

ok thanks. i fixed the foot. but i'm still having trouble with the hands.. i'll check the reference again.. but if anyone knows how to fix this, pls feel free to help.
