Representing an Object
I have a ship, it seems to be about 30k...only, I want to make a scene of about 10 of them.
...Is there any way (maybe reactor? dont know how to use them) that I can represent that ship some way, for when I animate it..? |

Do you mean to display it so it doesn't slow down your computer? Right click on the ship, go to Properties and there is a box called "Display as box"...check that and the ship will be shown as just its bounding box.

Yeah, "Display as Box" could save ur time while loading model at viewport.
Maybe u could take a look Crowd-animation system at Character Studio at 3ds Max, u can even make hundreds or thousand of ships, but u don't really have to animate them one by one, just let the "command center" (Crowd System) controls the ships. Next time don't forget to tell us what software u are using ok? |
