we received the cd after around 13 days of buying it. it is good. actually we were concerned about the address. but, it reached us safely.

Sorry for posting in this forum, but i'm kind of desperate. I order 3DTotal Texture cds more than one month ago, but haven't recieved anything yet. According to PayPal the money has been transfered to your account without any problems. All my emails i have written so far, haven't been answered from you...i would be nice if any of you guys could help me out.

I apologise for this. It seems that you are not recieving the emails we have sent you. We reply to every single email we recieve within 24 hours and we resolve every problem we have as quickly as possible. Please check that your email filter is not deleting 3dtotal emails. I have notified the orders department and they will mail a repeat order to you a.s.a.p. I once again apologise for any inconvenience caused. I have spoken to the orders department and it seems that the reason why your order was not mailed is beacause no delivery address was put on the order. We therefore have no-where to send the package to. Please send your address to: ben@3dtotal.com

Hi I am Warin a orders department girl, As Ben-3DT explained above we reply to every email we recieve&resolve every problem we have as quickly as possible same as the order with completed detail we always ship it out within 24 hours. Or contact buyer back immediatly if there are some missing information making us can't ship it to.

Seems like the rest was cut off. Indeed two disks are missing 12 & 13.
Nine disks (19% discount + 15 for shipping) = 320 Euro...

Hi Fabian, Thank you very much for getting back to me and I can confirm that your package has been shipped out today with an 'International Signed For' Delilevery as the special gunrantee shipment method.

Normally an Air Mail delivery takes about 7-10 business days reach you, but my mother who lives in Thailand said she got a package I sent with this special delivery method in just about 5 days! (of coruse, we paid an extra for you)

If he bought using paypal, then he had to be verified, therefore the shipping address would be on the paypal. Least thats how it worked for me when I ordered Textures 12and 13.
