Hi,
You can see thumbnails of all of the textures by suing the download button on each CD info page. If you scroll to the bottom of each of these pages you will also find larger examples of the textures.

Hi Thomas,

Thanks Ben for trying to sort this out. Warin here, I am in charge of ‘’sale and customer service department’’. I don't understand why you haven't received emails I have sent to you ealier...about 2 emails I think. The first one asking about your order information and the 2nd one, which was sent in the next day after seeing your post on the forum, saying the package is on the way to you now.

I am totally don't understand what is happening now. Well, maybe because the emails were sent from cdmonkey@3dtotal.com? Have you got any email filter system or security which maybe blocking and/or deleting the 3DTotal emails which will have been sent? If so, you may need to update it to allow all emails from 3dtotal.com to come through.

Anyway, I'm strongly confirm that your package has been sent out from us to you already...we have told from the post office that it takes 3-5 business days to reach European countries...so it should arrive you within 2-3 days from now then.

Please contact me again to cdmonkey@3dtotal.com or warin@3dtotal.com if you still haven't received the package...then I will sort it out for you again.

Many apologies for any problems and many thanks for your patience.

Bests,
Warin

If you purchase a Total Texture CD and then 3DTotal upgrades this CD to like a Release 1 or Release 2 eg. with your new release 2 of Version 5 'Dirt and Graffiti'. Is there a free upgrade for those who have bought the original version?

Hi,
The upgrade has so many new and upgraded textures that we have an offer to existing customers of the CD's to purchase the upgrade for half price. www.3dtotal.com/textures will take you to the page with all of this information on. All you need to do is supply your existing serial numbers, (which can be found on the CD face itself) in the 'extra info' box during the ordering process.

Thanks.

Hi, Thanks for your enquiry.
The Total Texture CD's are built using a HTML interface which will run in any web browser on any platform. The Textures themselves are full quality JPEG files which should be read by nearly any imaging software. We are not currently aware of a 3D Animation and Modelling or 2D Painting software that will not accept JPEG images as texture maps. Let me know if there is anything else i can do to help.

Hi, I am having a bit of trouble setting up billboards in Maya. I am trying to use the files from totalTEXTURES v10, and I guess I have a different workflow for setting up these types of textures. My texture is usually a psd on a transparent background, and then I set my attributes to use the transparency. Can you possibly provide a screenshot for Maya on setting up a proper shader using these textures or point me to a tutorial? I am not sure on how to use the provided alpha map to replace the white background on the color map.

Thanks a bunch,

Diabolos

Hi,
Just use the sdupplied 'tiff' file the same as you would use the psd file. The Tiff has a built in alhpa channel like the PSD.
