Dual Monitors + 3dsMax Viewports = Not Working

Well I have setup my computer for Dual monitor and I launched 3ds max. I have it on wide screen now the viewports I select on the secoundary monitor as soon as I click them they jump to the far right away from the origin and I cannot move them around? any one have any experinece on how to configure dual monitors with max or is there something Im doing wrong here?

By the way Im new to dual monitors and I havent tested them out that much. I can tell you that they are both set at the same resolution and that both are displayed.

Also Im using a Wacom. But never had problems with that ever in Max.

Also I noticed the mouse jumps back to the other monitor when I try to click and drag.
