How are you guys doing the actual perfume inside the bottle? Ive made the bottle hours ago, but ive been sat here trying to make some convincing perfume inside the bottle. I want the liquid to have a purple tint to it and generate caustics. Im using Max 7 with Final Render.

MorpheusCarcara Very nice rendering although is doesn't count..too bad
Justo Clean 'n perfect as usual. Love both of them!
Adamos Very, very, very nice caustics!!

My 1st entry: (not happy with the caustics...will do another entry soon..)
Maya 6.5 and MentalRay
40 min. of modelling
20 scene setup, lighting, shaders and tunning
Rendering 1.5 minutes.

Jutso: wow! nice first entry! second is clean to.

Well here is my first work for this challenge. Very simple modelling this time, will probably make a little more complex when I get that damn caustic to work as I want. You can drool over jutso and adamos nice caustics and laught at my pic, wich got none (for now)

Here my first entry. Im not particulary happy with it. And ive spent ages trying to get the materials and lighting right, and i still havent figured it And yes, it did take 52 minutes to render (me thinks those shadow settings can be tweaked a bit)
