Smile [3ds Max] Help with Gabarits & Modelling

This is a very simple gabarit (reference image). I've followed some tutorials about this, but... I can't get my model to work.

It keeps messing around with my shapes, etc... I've used the UVW Mapping system.

Can someone please tell me how I can get my 3D model starting with this reference image ?

Thanks,

D.

NVM I found. For the ones who have the same problem, check the Alien Head tutorial from 3dbuzz.com.
