First render (3ds): apartments

Just started this week with learning 3ds and here are my firts renders. I did the modeling with autocad (had the file). Still need to learn a lot. I've still soms problems with those black faces on the parking near the grass and und er the building. I used daylight but it's a bit dark i think, any tips on lighting this scene...
