Did my own porcelin and metal mat. And did a scratchy bumpmap in photoshop..

Hdri and a simple Vray light source..

Looks good, but the metal. looks like clay that you can give a shape.. its weird! Its gives a softfeeling!

my only crit is that you should add a dirt map to simulate some oil maybe? the scratches make it look as if it has been installed already and simply removed for a photo. I will see about getting you some reference pics of the ones I used in my truck,... granted they are so used that the core is gone,... but you can use em to get the idea of the dirt map,...

My only problem with the realism is that corner down by the electrode. its whould be round like the inside, but a little less round. if that makes any sense. Oh and other than that it looks great.

Oh and Bosch plugs suck

one question about the threads... are they actually threads? (spiraled?) or just extrusions it doesnt look spiraled.
