Exclamation Chronicles Of Dust Project | Help

CHRONICLES OF DUST PROJECT | HELP
We are looking for 3D low ploy modlers that can texture. We are also looking for people that can do level design and texture their own worlds.

Any interested parties please email tgfx at tgfx@tgfxcrew.com with samples of your best work.

tgfx crew info
We are a group of talented individuals from across the known world whose mission is to design the Chronicles of Dust, a 3rd person action adventure video game for the Xbox 360. We are not a company. We are the tgfx crew and we love creating new and radically strange worlds.

Block Buster video games rely on originality and uncontained imagination that will entertain, educate and dazzle the audience. tgfx has the imagination and the will to create new and innovative video games but we cannot do this alone. It requires people such as you to help develop the next generation video game.

Your website looks cool man. But I do have a quick question, on your crew heading I notice a LOT of people, artists/designers an so on. But no programmer. Are you looking for programmers also? - An I mean this as constructive crits, but you should really consider streamlining that team. You mentioned that you aren't a company, thats fine, its nice to see people interested in creating games. Indy dev is often a source of creativity. Though very often I see people filling their teams to an unmanagable size. I count 16 people, an not one is under a programmer heading. This is unwise, because a programmer will tell you your limitations from a technical point of view. Which of course helps with the design process. Just a bit of advice I wanted to offer, good luck with the project man.

I understand your concerns Arius and yes I have though very hard about this and to that end we have teamed up with www.darksunstudios.com to handle all our programming needs, engine, tools and so on. So that part is covered. What we are looking for is scripter that can script scenes, low poly modlers. We covered all bases of design and production but what we lack is low ploy and level designers.

We have a full compliment of 3D artists now. Many thanx to all. What we need next is texture artists and Environment Artists. We are looking for someone that can design environments and props on the go with little or no guidance. If you are that kind of person we would like to hear form you.

If you aren't a company how can you get a publisher to publish your game? And also how can you develop for xbox 360? Only companies with dev kits can do that, unless you might have one. I was also wondering what next gen engine are you using for your game?

Hi tgfx

Nice to know from you. So, have you found your crew? I read you have lots of 3D modelers, thats great.

Looks like you are progressing quite a lot. I like the web man. Well, hope everything continues well for you.

See you man
