First Model/Scene

Hey All, this is my first post with a pic. This is also the first model/scene type thing that i've made by myself, everything else has been with a tutorial. I know it's not anything hard or special, I am just playing around trying to learn some things, and get familiar with 3d studio max. It took about 10 minutes to make, a minute to texture, a minute to set up the light, and about 3 minutes to render.

I also gave making an ice cube a shot. That didnt turn out as well, im not too happy with the shape, but i could have worked harder on it.

I've only been trying 3d modeling for maybe a week or 2.

So I'd appreciate some Comments and some Criticism, probobly get more criticism then compliments

Mudsurfer1234, welcome to Threedy.
I see you're new so let me educate you. Either your work is WIP or it is finished, I'm guessing it's not both at the same time (these are posted at the same time). Try not to spam the threads and you will likely get more feedback that way. I've already responded in your WIP thread, and as this scene needs work, I think it's best to keep it there now:

yea, i clicked "Submit new thread" and it sat there, so i refreshed, and i didnt know it posted in the other forum.

If i could, id like to have this thread deleted, because i am still working on it. Sorry for the double post
