total textures cd licences?

Ok if I'm wanting to buy a texture collection for my company which has 10 artists working for it - do I need to buy licences for each employee to be able to use the textures commercially and without limitations or do I just buy one collection for the company and then all my employees can use it legally providing they are still employed within the company?
