Circular Fillet and triming make gaps between 2 surfaces

I create two CV Curves and then I loft them with default settings. Then I Circular fillet the lofted surface with a plane I have created before (default settings) and then I trim the two surfaces, so that I can keep the parts that I need. The two surfaces between them have gaps. why is that?

In the NURBS Tessalation I put everything to maximum. And I still get the same results. Is something in the whole process that I am doing wrong? Am I doing something wrong? If I change a specific setting, will that have better results? And Something else, how can I attach two trimmed surfaces?

I would appreciate an answer! thank you!
