flipping paper ?!?!

Hi guys,

I make this animation in After Effects:
flipping card

but how can i do this in 3D Max ? I can find any tutorial, or any advice to do this. Please, help me guys.

make a plane and give it some segments
then use a bend modifier
animate the paper flipping and the bend modifier pending the plane
turn on motion blur and you're all set
