Adobe Illustrator logo to 3d max
I was wondering how to go about bringing in a vector graphic from adobe illustrator to 3d max? I would like to extrude it in max and do some basic animatation to it. I tried saving it as several different file formats and bring in it through max like that, but it wouldnt read the files. Its for a project thats due today, so any help would be most valuable. Im using illustrator CS2 and max 7.

just export (not save) as an *.ai (adobe legacy) file and set it to version 8 (maybe 9 works too) and then import in max . works for me...
