Hey there, I've got a few critiques for you.

It's a nice image, but below her eyebrows the skin gets lighter. Why is that? It may be an artifact of the render, or perhaps this was in your texturemap. However it came around, it's kind of blunt when looking at the image.

The geometry is nice; very cartoony and fun to look at. The background however, and your HDRI map are both very realistic. I'd suggest using something in the same style. Use the HDRI for lighting, but certainly not as the background and reflect map. The trained eye can see you used the same map, in planar mapping no less, for both aspects of the image. HDRIs are usually spherical projections, so be sure to use them accordingly.

Also, you can see where I circled below her headress. It makes me feel like she doesn't have a body below this head. I'm sure you didn't create a whole body for this bust, but the problem is that the current composition hints at such a situation. Consider removing that hole, and putting in a few more details.

Good work,

nice modling, I konw it is a cartoony modling but I think that a little noise in the texure would be nice.
it is good though that you have some time to work on this model since your are a tawjihi student "or I think you are".
