We have got good feedback from artists and readers, here is some sample feedback that has been posted by artists and readers, I think we should share them with you all!

Rolando cyril is an phychologist student and artist living in France. His drawing style is very interesting as each character is deep thinking. You can see some of his amazing works in www.2dartistmag.com

Hi, that's me, Sixio, alias Rolando Cyril.
( I didn't think you quote my email Warin !)

I am french, I speak english like I cook ( it means rarely )
But I have to give my opinion on this book.
The quality of print is really great, the color are accurate with the real screen color.
The comments are clear and interresting.
I like the way I found new artist thanks to thi book ( Philip Straud, Ronnie Olsthoorn, Rudolf Jerczog, laurent Ménabé...)
The step by step of the picture quite help me to understand things I needed to understand.
and the domain of the 3D artworks is well featured.

Well, that's my opinion, it's a bit short, I have more things to say in french, but I want to add: You won't regret your buying.

Sincerely,
cyril.

Hi!
I don't think I would have a chance to see the book in polish stores but it seems to be very solid and elegant on the photos.
I don't know if that's a proper topic for the question but You are planning to launch the Volume II, aren't You?
So I wanted to ask what are the conditions to have a chance of sharing the work with You in the next volume of the book?

Regards!

Thanks very much Sixio for your post! It is very nice to have a great artist like yourself around here! Hehe ‘I speak English like I cook’ that is funny! Many thanks for your admiration of the book Sixio. What do you think about our packaging? Was the book undamaged when it reached you?

Hello, Riana and ArtooRo! It is nice to see you both here. I am afraid at this moment we don’t have reseller shops in Denmark or in Poland yet and we would be very grateful that you could point us to any book shops in your country that might be interested to help us spread the world! How is the CG industry in your country?

To everyone else, If you are interested in having this book, at this moment you can buy from our online shop http://www.3dtotal.com/services/shop/book_shop.asp We realized many long distant readers, who interested in this book, might afraid that the book will be damaged from long distant shipping. Don’t worry about this, we have a special packaging which we qunrantee that you will get the perfect condition book!

About the Digital Art Masters Book Volume II, I am afraid that Chris, who is in charge of this project, will be the best person who will be able answer best!

For everyone being afraid of long distance shipping:

Fear not!
I got my copy in the mail and it was all safely wrapped and in perfect shape
It's a very interesting book specially since it's a mix between 2D and 3D.
Pretty much every artist mentioned something that was very helpful and which most likely will be tried out and integrated in my own workflow.

I just wish I could write a newer version of a tutorial - I learned so much since I wrote my part down and a lot of it sounds know a bit outdated to me (only in my part and only since I changed my workflow quite a bit since then).

The idea behind the book is really good in my opinion and it will be helpful to 2D and 3D folks alike - definately!

I've received the book two weeks ago, and I'm very satisfacted with it.

I'm definitively happy to be a part of it, and will thank all people involved in the fabrication of the book, it's a very good job.

For me too, no problems with shipping. I've received my copy well packaged and perfectly safe.

Hello all,
I have received the book a couple of weeks ago to the US.
It arived in it's own special box and in perfect condition. So all of you that might be worried about damage, don't be. The team here at 3D Total has took care of the things properly. As far as the quality of the book, it's one of those you would want to have in your collection. Not only because of it's great and educational content but also the beautifully bound hard covers as well.
I have heard stories about some books falling apart after flipping the pages for awhile. This one is to stay for a long time.

I am very glad and honored to be a part of this publication.

Thanks everyone!

Since I'm in it, of course I'm biased, but I think the new Art Masters book is one of the best digital art book I've seen. There's so much more to it than just a dry image gallery. It's really nice to read the making-of stories and see the in-progress illustrations. Not to mention the tips you could get from it Really recommended!

I can only second what everyone else have said here so far about the quality. It´s as good as it gets really, and i can safely recommend it to anyone.
The 3Dtotal team has done an excellent job.

I felt the book's packaging was really neat (very unique shipping box!), and the book arrived safely.

As far as content goes, it's a real treat to read what each artist has to say, and look at their WIP images.

What I would like to see in Volume II would be more content specific articles. For example, if shading networks or compositing tricks played a big role in an artist's project, I think it would be great to have that as a focus for the writing. I think more coverage on some of the technical areas would make the book a little more accessible.

Great book, I'm looking forward to Volume II
