Max 8 - Splines, Refine.
Ok, so I was planning on making something the old fashion way with splines until I noticed that the refine option was working incorrectly (like poop). instead of placing a vertex at the desired location on the spline it made a vertex on top of the closest vertex along the spline.
I figured it out, you need to put another spline modifier on top of the spline your working on. sheesh, one more buton to press. Oh well at least i can still work with spline modeling. Last edited by Jim#1000; 20-05-2006 at 11:27 PM.. |

Does it still do this if you are refining in a different viewport? It seems dodgy, especially when mesh-editing, with refining close-up.
