Unhappy Hi i need some help

i dont know where to post but can anyone explain me at HTML how i will add a sound when i head my mouse over a link pls?
pls if anyone knows tell me

That sounds like something you'd want to do with DHTML or maybe some form of higher-level language. While I don't know much about that field of programming, I'd bet you can't do it with standard HTML.

well you may use a little java script for this but im not sure how to do this
