Lotus 7

well, ive decided to model a new car, a Lotus 7 one of my favorite cars ever . working from blue prints for this one. (not very good ones so alot of this is from reference pics). Using this too learn more modelling techniques etc.

only started the front really atm.

very nice, i particulalry like the wheel arches and the front wheel axles, much better attempt than anything i can do at the moment. What software are you using, and how long are you into this project? can we see a wire too please.

Using 3ds max 8 for this. Only about 2 hours into it so far. heres the wire

really nice start. ive always wanted to model this car too. im enjoyin the amount of detail thats goin into it so far.

not that much more done, tweaked the bonnet a little and added some clips. and wheels as well. gonna sort out the back wheel arch atm i think its a little too big

lookin nice. but the front wheels arent wide enuf. if u look on the top blueprint and ref images the wheel shud be as wide as the wheel arch.

other than that very nice indeed.
