Just updating the cat situation - I tried to let her back to the place where she was but when I checked on her eight hours later, she was at the very same place looking very frightened. So I took her back. This happened few days ago.

She stills lives in my basement, but I am taking her out to our garden, play with her, giving her enough movement. At the weekend I am taking her over to my gf place. She has two cats so she can socialize with them.

How long I am keeping her? Don't know. Probably till she reaches 12 weeks (she is 6 week old I guess). If I land a job until than and move out, I am taking her with me. Meanwhile I am asking around if anyone's interested

I am also thinking she should see a vet. Not that she is sick, but for some vactinations and so on

My solidarity is getting expensive

i just read (hence the chineze remark) that a new up and coming "delicacy" is cats boiled alive. one of the chef's interviewed said: "the more the cat suffers, the better it tastes".

how f*cked up is that?
