Little Basketball Girl
This is a little image I made for a birthday card. The rendering didn't turn out as well as I would have liked, but I'm definitely starting to get a hang of it. Let me know what you think!

I think its a bit darkened the whole scene!
It needs more light for the details & colors to show up!

Great job ;I like the style cartoon and the goblet; it would be necessary little to be a work of light moreover, but it is very good work all the same, if not to the fact an adjustment of the levels and saturation will give another aspect to the scene, you can think of that

Thanks for the crits guys. It's actually a girl
but I won't hold it against ya!The scene definitely needs work on the lighting. The whole thing was made out of about 10 different renders (100% illuminationed colours, one skylight pass, one mental ray pass for the SSS, one toon shader for the outlines, etc.) so it was a bunch of compositing that I'm not really used to at all. I'll try playing around with the levels since that's about all I can do since there's no single 'original' render. |
