It definetley gives that feel

That said though, you could improve the render. Maybe add a fall off to the characters material to give him that cartoonish type 3D look around the edges. It'll also make him look softer.

the falloff really gives it a nice almost velvet look, very much the stuffed animal look (which i assume is what you were going for :P)

very nice looking.

only odd thing at all i with the arms of the dinosaur, it looks like they are just flaps, which would work if the legs were of a similar style, but they look more stitched in that position.

Ok. First off,.. i love the dino
things i'd do :

Improve the text, it looks slightly amatuer(no offence)
The rainbow is taking over the image and now allowing the viewer to concentrate on the image of child care and security.
add stiches to either one of the animals, only small light ones, just in my case.
slighlty angle the teddy bear to be looking up to the dino, not all the way , but to give the sense of bonding , and that he feels safe., Currently i feel he looks slightly worried, which is not a good impression to give.
The hat is too red. needs to be toned down some to balance the image,

thats all from me ~

Yeah, the fall off worked extremely well

I wouldn't have brightened the render though, as you've got alot of colour burn, where the background is over exposed.

I like the final logo though. very professional looking.

It being used for something?

Thumbs up Thank You guys.

First count_carigon: Well you talk about the arm, with a different point of view now, it kind of look wierd, but yeah i think the fallof works well too, i was going to put some nice fur on it but i was just bored of the rendering time....

Vitala: thats some nice advice, but i m soo bad with photoshop that i m not sure if i ll be able to really do better actually i have one other with a different style on this font, i ll try to post it. About the stitches and the red hat well, i wont do stitches, i m tired at working on it and the red has to be stong (employer say so). And i wanted aswell to take the time to say that i love the work you r doing its just mind blowing.

Kage:Thanks for this kind word thats the first time i hear that my work look professional, i feel honoured even if it was a simple job(kind of) no job is really easy. And by the way maybe i ll work a bit more on it one day or another but my client, love it so he bought it. (its for a child care center)
