I'm a novice, even tho I edit an online ezine. I have a Windows XP Professional, 120 gigs hardrive, over 1 gig of RAM, cable modem, Adobe Photoshop Elements and want to know: How can I overlap HTML with an image? I know nothing about Flash, just a rough idea of programming, so this is -- I'm sure! -- a very basic question. As I am unskilled, would like a really DETAILED reply.
