exterior and glass help

i have a problem to make glass reflect, my glass always reflect like a mirror.and i have problem to put lighting on the exterior.need help

what program are you using, either way, turn down the amount of reflect.

Also, post an image of what you mean, a screen grab of the materials settings would be nice too.

i using 3dsmax and i use a vray render,i cant use the setting correctly,
