Normal Mapping Problem
why is it that when i create my normal map in zbrush export it to max apply it, it works fine, but when i look at the texture there are sharp edges where my texture seems go is there anyway i can fix that?

one thing that comes to mind, in the uvw editor window, move the verts in the areas where the seems are screwing up. Move them inward, which should push the line out, off the mesh.
If that doesn't work, post a screengrab of the normal map, uv's and the seem that is showing up. |

here is an example with an old model of mine and a crappy 2 sec sculpt on it

I would try making the normal in max. but thats because I don't have zbrush.
but before you try that, have you moved the verts in the uvw window yet. If you are able to see the seams in the viewport, you should be able to see the updated version as you move verts around. |

i tried it didnt really help at all but i dont know whats wrong so many other people make theres like this but it doesnt do this to them? so i dont know maybey someone will have the ansewr
