You need to find a way to better cut your elements into the image. For example, the girl in the first pic almost gets lost into the background. You eather shade her strongly to detach and give her volume so it breaks away from the background or you need to simplyfy and darken the background around her to cut it out of it. Her arms look good as lenght but you need to define a bit her joints.
The second pic is indeed interesting but the perspective of the face is not respected. Eyes, nose and mouth are too much to the right. The third image suffers from a common mistake: black sky with white cute on buildings. The truth is that the phenomenon is infact exctly the oposite. Usually the sky is lighter and the buildings darker. That would have been emphasized by the lights of the building.

You really need to define better the source of light. Once you'll manage that, things will come to you easier.

Looking better. Take it slow and you'll find your way.
The last one looks pretty good. I'll wait to see the update on it before commenting farther.

Looks a bit heavy and crowded, maybe something simpler and more elegant would be better? The "serenity" word written in simple white handwritting. The eyes fading on a black background maybe... I don't know. Looks good now but seems a bit too crowded.

If you allow me an advise: decide where you will place the banner. If its on the left side, then just make a black box with the side view of a girl holding flowers on the left side of the box. Make so that the flowers "flow" from her arms to her legs and toward the middle of the box ending with vines or something. Towards the middle of the remaining black space, just write "serenity" in handwriting, white characters, with a very faint grey shadow. should be more free and stylish.
Here is a quick example I made. Hope it helps. ![]()

That reminds me a cartoon character i can't pinpoint right now. Too many colors can stress the eye, you should try keeping in a limited color pallete ( like using shades of blue and purple or green and turcois or red, yellow, orange, brown). Look around 3dtotal.com for painting tutorials. There are quite a few.
