Thumbs up nice orkrpn, nice!

Hi Orkron, I like miss-bee more than other one on that invisible cube! it has more expression! (I like cartoony chars more! ) although miss_cube(!) is also finefine, I think she need more touches! specially as shadows n hilights and again specially on his dress(cause seems it must be leathere or plasticy), and a lil more ditails on his hires, Furthermore she is really good formed, congrulations! you always have nice vision on your works
oh, n one more thing! how she has 79 layers?! it seems so flat to have this quantity of layers! I think you must combine semicolor layers; n atlast what software u used?

mim, thank you for that feedback I appreciate the crits and the compliments very much...I will work more on this definately...I spent a LOT of time on her left hand to bring in the highlights and shadows, I should do the same with the rest of her you're right. I was trying for a minimalist approch, saying it without saying it if that makes sense...Oh and I used Photoshop CS2 with the pen tool

valentin - Thank you for the C&C's, I have to say I used photographic template (is that the way to say it?) and picked which details I wanted in and which I didn't want to show...Her legs are the same shape/size as the woman in the picture...But the left shoe does look a little strange without the reference as it is actually resting/pushing against a wall and that is causing her shoe to bend a little...I think I should spend more time on the details and add the "walls" to the scene to show where she is...

Thanks again for the feedback guys

edit: I said 79 layers, I guess I should say 79 seperatly drawn peices each on their own layers...

Orkron, I work 5 mins on miss-cube just to find how it looks shaded; mmm... don't know but I like your minimalist idea more; anyway I follow
this project, although I know hi_detailed vector works needs really so much works n efforts n time to be completed beautifully, but I'm sure
you make it out fine ;
I put this manipulation here for you to have a look also, please excuse me, I just make it damaged n ugly!!! sorry man, anyway I think more
details on hire yet feels good, I mean some varians on hire colors (just abit)
Cya, mim"

damn Orkron, you're good ^_^

hm, it really is interesting for me to compare between your work and the added detail that mim's given us..

of course the base drawing is very near perfect, no right for me to criticise your work heh (although i might see a possible teeny problem area around the chest.. yes, it's the part i concentrated on most jk) i think the shading adds another dimension, and your original simple vectors give it a flat, very 2D look. both variables of the.. eh.. girl look extremely well, each looks fitting for a different kind of scene and setting..

are you gonna add some shading to it orkron? or is it gonna stay this way?

either way, let us know ^_^

cheers, pete.
